One of our dashboard administrators has lost there MFA device and recovery code - thus cannot login. Is there anyway to remove this situation - such as allowing them to register a new MFA device?

Given the sensitive nature of the operation these types of request are not well suited to be treated through the public community. Looking at your account you have access to a paying account which allows you to submit to private and ticket based support channel; I would recommend you to raise this situation through a ticket instead. Would you be okay with that procedure?
