I’m considering Okta’s Customer Identity Cloud B2B Essentials plan.
Can I use multiple domains and customize the sign-in screen for each one?

Welcome to the Auth0 Community!
With the Essentials plan, you are able to set up 3 tenants and one custom domain per each tenant. You can view more details about the Essentials plan and the other offers on our Pricing page.
You will be able to customize the sign-in page using your custom domain on each tenant for a total of 3 under the Essentials plan. This can be done by accessing your tenant settings → Custom Domains.
