Create Topic doesn't allow selection of all tags

Create Topic form doesn’t allow selection of all tags.

eg “Search” shows many tags matching “pass” but the tag selector in this compose form shows none.

At this moment this is by design, but we understand how expanding our tag selection screen when composing a new topic would make sense and further help to narrow down which tags to apply to the post.

We welcome this feedback and will take it into account to improve the experience on our Community site! If you or others have any other ideas, we encourage that you share them so they might potentially be implemented.

Thanks for the response. It seems like a strange design choice given that many tags are visible on topics, & searchable, but can’t be added to a topic.
