Create New custom login page with template engine does not work

Hi there, I’m trying to create a new Universal Login page with template engine but it does not seem to render when I modify it from HTML editor, also custom domain is enabled,
can someone help me with that?

Can you give us more info? What is the HTML editor? Are you sure you are using new universal login and have not defaulted to classic?
