Connector monitoring showing intermittent offline

Hi everyone,

We are new to Auth0 and we have setup an Auth0 Connector (LDAP) on a Windows Server 2012R2 and it is working fine.

We have setup monitoring to check that the connector is Online using the https://wmfs.eu.webtask.io facility, using both our own internal monitoring and external monitoring.

We are noticing that we are getting a lot of alerts showing “Offline” for 1 or 2 minutes and then it comes back online.

Does anyone have any experience in monitoring and having this offline/inline issue?

As it has been more than a few months since this topic was opened and there has been no reply or further information provided from the community as to the existence of the issue we would like to check if you are still facing the described challenge?
