Problem statement
Under a particular Tenant, there are multiple Applications configured. Currently, the configuration seems to be based on the tenant. This article explains whether it is possible to configure the incorrect password attempts based on the Application.
Solution
Currently, this is not supported, and the recommendation would be to create feedback for the team to prioritize this.
