Feature: Have separate settings for displaying the bot detection challenge (CAPTCHA) for login flows versus sign up flows.
Description: Currently, for bot detection, we can set up a challenge for password flows, passwordless flows, and password reset flows. I would like to see this broken out further, with separate settings depending on whether the user is logging in with an existing account, or signing up for the first time. I understand this is possible to customize with the Classic Login custom login/signup page, but I would like to see a setting for this in Bot Detection so that it will work for Universal Login.
Use-case: We are seeing a lot of spam sign ups, of obviously fake users - either completely random alphanumeric email addresses, or scraped/leaked legit email addresses that have nothing to do with our line of business, have never been verified, and have only logged in once. This is driving up our Monthly Active User count. We need the ability to block bot sign ups, with minimal impact to user experience.
