Changing background on login page

Hi,

On the login page, I like the functionality but I would like to change a few things - eg the button text color from black to white and removing the request to sign-up at the bottom.

Is there a way to do this without having to do extensive programming?

I have some experience with HTML and CSS but very limited with Javascript.
