Captcha shows invalid captcha error after entering correct code

During login I am entering the correct captcha but the login keeps failing with error message:
“solve the challenge question to verify you are not a robot”.

I noticed that you created a support ticket for this issue. If you are still experiencing this issue, could you please provide additional context?

Is this issue reproduced in any browser? Can you try in-private/incognito mode?

Is it repeatable every single time?

Can you also record a network trace while submitting the correct code?

The captcha code you entered looks correct in both screenshots.

I tested this on my end and could not reproduce this issue unless I provided an incorrect code.

This is consistent with an invalid_captcha error message. See below:

In this case, I suggest logging in with a different browser or using incognito mode. It’s possible that your original browser has settings or extensions causing interference.
