Do you see this error if you go to the Twitter connection in your dashboard and then to “test”? It’s been a while since I set this up but the connection is working in my own environment using my own keys created in the Twitter developer portal. I do remember needing to request elevated access of some sort before it functioned as expected - Perhaps that is what you are missing?
