Can't send invitation from Organization

There are a couple of reasons why this could happen, allow me to share some ideas:

  • double-check that your application is configured to use Organizations: in your Dashboard, navigate to the application → Login Experience and ensure it’s set to either Business Users or Both;

  • check if the Application Login URI is configured in order to Auth0 to know where to send users after they accept the invitation, please see our Support Article on Auth0 Organization Invitation Configuration

It might be worth checking this following topic on Invitation to organization does not always work? , as in that case, Invitations were not working correctly because Sign up was disabled.
