So, I used continue with google to create a new Okla Auth0 account. But I cannot proceed after this page? I dont receive the sms verification code to my mobile. I don’t have any luck with the Microsoft Authenticator as well. What should I do?

Can you try to log out manually with this link https://auth0.auth0.com/v2/logout and try to login again?
If that won’t work can you send a dm to the @support group with your contact email?
