Problem statement
An application in our tenant is locked to only members of the organization. Users cannot log in to the application without setting an organization. How can the application be updated to not require this organization setting?
Symptoms
User cannot login to application without setting an organization.
Cause
The Organization setting: What types of end-users will access this application for the application is most likely set to Team members of organizations which only allows log in for organization members.
Solution
To allow users to sign in without updating an organization setting, change the Organization setting What types of end-users will access this application for the application to either Both or Individuals for personal use .
