Parameter organization is required for this client

Hi,

When I set my application in the organization tab:
“What types of end-users will access this application?” to “Team members of organizations” I get in the sample app when clicking on the “login” the following error: “Oops… parameter organization is required for this client”.
When it sets to “Both” it works OK.
