Button Not Displayed in Email Verification Result Screen


Under Branding > Universal Login > Advanced Options > Custom Text area, for Prompt - email-verification and Screen - email-verification-result, the button text has been changed to “Close”.

However, the button is not showing on the email-verification-result screen.


This issue occurs because the necessary Tenant Login URL is not configured, which prevents the button from being displayed properly. If the Tenant Login URL is not populated in Settings > Advanced > Tenant Login URI , the button will not be displayed.


  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Tenant Login URI.
  2. Populate the Tenant Login URL field with the appropriate URL.
  3. Click on Save.
  4. Verify that the “Close” button now appears on the email-verification-result screen and functions correctly. Clicking the button will redirect to the specified URL.
