Im having problems with User Bulk import. Some time ago i could import users with no problem, and if there was some issue in import file i would receive an error. Now i always get ‘pending’ status, it doesnt mater if there is only one user or many in import file. Please help. I see on forum that this was an issue few years ago but it was fixed. It seems its happening again. I tried reinstalling Bulk user import extension, that didnt help. Also i changed between two databases, same.

I’ve checked the Auth0 Account associated with your community account, and you are on the enterprise agreement. We don’t have a specific number for the pending time. If you notice the import job is not completed in 2 hours in your production tenant, please create a support ticket via https://support.auth0.com/tickets. It’s the fastest way to involve the engineering team to resolve the issue.
