Bulk user export limit

Hi,

I used the bulk export api call but it only returns 250 users even though I dont have any limit set or if I set limit to 1000.
Has anyone experienced this? What is the solution here? Thanks

Thanks for contacting Auth0 Community !!!

According to the docs export users there should be any limit infact if you don’t specify limit it should export all users.

  • How many users do you have in Auth0 ?

I have 370 users in auth0 but only 250 got exported

A couple of questions:

  • Are all these users stored in Auth0? Do you have any social identities?
  • Are all users in the same DB connection?

I figured out that though all the users show up on the users page, they are stored separately on the db and social connections.
I ran the bulk export for all different connection ids and found all the users… thanks a lot for the attention on this.
