Bug: IPs list in https://manage.auth0.com/#/rules/create does not display fully

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://manage.auth0.com/#/rules/new
  2. Click empty rule
  3. Notice that the list of IPs, the IPs are truncated.

By changing the HTML tag from a <code> to a <pre> you can see that the IPs now wrap.

Just as an update, it looks like this is only affecting Firefox, tested in: 64.0a1 (2018-09-16) (64-bit)
