maybe I overlooked something, but I could not find any documention on what to send as options to create a Azure AD connection via the management API. So I started to look in the dev tools to see what your website is sending as a web request. Here I found that the option basic_profile is false but corresponding checkbox displays the option as true?!
Is it a bug?
