Avoid to receive the same SMS PIN three times in a row

Hi Auth0 team,

In our organization, we have a specific policy to not receive the same PIN three times.
And we detected this case when we were testing our integration.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter a valid US phone number if needed
2. Receive SMS
3. See PIN
4. Click on Resend button

There’s a way to avoid that?
If not, what possible approach do you recommend to avoid repeated pins?
