Authorization Extension’s GET /users endpoint returns Internal Server Error (500)

Hi,

We are having a problem with the Authorization extension. In staging tenant everything works good, but in production when we want to get all the users it returns a 500 internal server error. Same problem as:

Hello, We are facing an issue with the authorization extension in our production tenant, although everything is working fine in our QA tenant. When invoking the GET /users endpoint, I get 500 Internal Server Error. In the realtime webtask logs I see the output below. It seems to me that the Authorization Extension is trying to invoke the Auth0 Management API but with incorrect credentials. Authorization Extension GET request to /users/{user_id} returns 500 internal server error

… whilst/users and /users/{user_id}/roles work fine. No clue in the response as to what the problem is, support never responded to my request.

When we tried to get roles or permissions it works good but with users it breaks.

Is there a chance to fix this error without having to uninstall the extension?
