Problem statement
We implemented the Organization feature for B2B. Now the authorization extension seems to be broken.
We manually tried the API “Execute Authorization Policy” (Authorization Extension API Explorer) manually to enforce the mappings, the response seems to be correct and contains all the groups, roles, and permissions. But the same is not applied within the Authorization Extension. Groups and Roles are not assigned with the API.
The same setup was working fine previously. After enabling Organization, the same is not working.
Cause
The Authorization Extension does not support Organizations.
Solution
Authorization extension does not support Organizations. You would need to use Authorization Core to work with Organizations. Authorization Core has other benefits that are also covered on the below link:
