I am facing an issue that Auth0 response is not returning the user_link information after checking the Profile URL checkbox on Authentication > Social > Facebook.
I also tried to debug the Social by creating a new rule and using the Real-time Webtask Logs to troubleshoot. However, I don’t see the response either.
May I know do I need to go to Facebook Developer and modify the permission under the Permissions and Features section?
Any help would be much appreciated.

I found a Facebook doc talking about the user_link permission. It mentions:
If you ask for permissions other than email or public_profile, you must submit your app for app review so Facebook can confirm that the app uses the data in intended ways and safeguards user privacy.
