Access to Facebook permissions

From August 1, 2018 Facebook restricts the access to some permissions: user_link, user_gender, user_age_range, user_friends. Some details here.

How will it affect Auth0 clients? Will it affect only users of Graph API v3.0 or everyone?

Should Auth0 clients request for reviews of their apps? If yes, then what recommendations can you provide for it?
