Auth0 SLAs for non enterprise plans

Hi,

May I know the SLA for Auth0’s non enterprise offerings ? The public documentation does not state any SLA. Are non enterprise plans ok for production use cases ?

I’ve checked with the team, and we do not offer SLA for non-enterprise customers. Even if we are not offering SLA for uptime, we are constantly doing our best to deliver the best product.
