- Solution: If you lost access to an active tenant, submit a ticket through our support site.
Use Custom Domain instead of Canonical Domain in Auth0 Dashboard API Test page
- Solution: There is currently no built-in way to get the Auth0 Dashboard API Test page. You can obtain an M2M access token with your custom domain as the issuer by slightly modifying the generated code.
Is there a way to register or manage mobile number for SMS MFA using APIs?
- Solution: If you already have a verified phone number from your application, you can use the Management API to directly create the SMS MFA factor.
Cannot disable custom login on the free plan
- Solution: Universal Login page templates are a paid feature, and once you downgrade to Free, you lose access to manage them. The template cannot be deleted via the API or Console on a Free plan, and community members do not have backend access to delete it for you.
