This question is still valid and the solution is not feasible.
Allow Multilevel Subdomain Wildcards
Using a single database for all pull requests is bad because one PR could corrupt the data, and break all pull requests. A singular callback is not feasible and is a band-aid solution.
Can you please add this as a feature? It shouldn’t take more than a day to achieve and the necessity is there.
