Feature: Allow a default MFA SMS code in non production for automated and unit testing
Description: Our IdP via a exchange identity broker has many relying parties (100+) that in some cases run over 100 tests with many testers during a new release.
The relying parties also want to test the MFA flows for each identity scenario, but this is proving difficult and expensive to set up as we have to purchase a 3rd party product and configure testing tools and this has to be done across multiple relying parties who have different levels of resources and skills.
is it possible to enable a default MFA SMS code that can be used on a MFA challenge
