I need to have my OTP reset for the Admin / management UI account. I have the recovery code but I don’t see anywhere to use it. I’ve seen this reset by Auth0 staff on this forum in the past, but is there really no way to handle this other than that?

That’s correct! In order to handle that you need to contact our @support group here in the forum via private message with the following information:
- your tenant name
- your email
