Hello, I would like to know where in settings to change/add emails from within the company which will receive any new emails from Auth0 regarding upcoming changes to the infrastructure.
We recently had an outage in our system because of a change in how Auth0 handles the length of one of the tokens. I would like all team members to be informed of upcoming changes sooner rather than later.
As per the current design, email notifications are sent to tenant members with the admin role who have been active within the last 12-18 months. Therefore please add those users as tenant admins and have them log on at least once a year to ensure they get the emails:
