One of the requirements for my application is to have the application be available in the Okta integration network. If I build my B2B application using Auth0, will this be possible? And would this count as an ‘enterprise connection’ or a ‘custom social connection’?

You are referring to an enterprise connection. Enterprise connections authenticate users via an external IdP (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, PingFederate) that manages user identities and authentication.
A social connection is used for integrating with third-party social login providers (e.g., Google, Facebook, GitHub) to allow users to log in with their social accounts.
