Add fantasy theme to Auth0 dashboard login

Feature: Please add an optional fantasy theme for the Auth0 login pages, including (if possible) the Auth0 Dashboard itself.

Description: Every piece of software should have a dramatic user login page, something like the login page used for World of Warcraft. It should feature a mysterious and enticing portal to a fantasy land and stirring, dramatic music.

Use-case: A dramatic login screen helps prepare and excite the user for the experience of using the software. It is useful for the typical B2B SaaS web app or a fantasy realm of wizards and dragons like the Auth0 Dashboard.

You can customise user login pages as you wish.

I think that the default offering should be as unopinionated as possible.
