Feature: Add a social connection for Telegram

Description: Telegram supports websites login since Feb 2018: Telegram Login for Websites

Use-case: Telegram has over 200 Million active users and is the top method for communication in the Blockchain/Cryptocurrency space. I would really love to add it on a project I’m working on.

It was originally requested in the wrong category years ago Auth0 SSO integration with Telegram API

It seams to me that is not possible to use a custom social connection since it doesn’t follow the OAuth2 standards: Telegram Login Widget

can we prioritize this.
This is the only use case I would have for auth0.
not only would this benefit the current projects but telegram is integral to thousands of communities.
Telegram might not be as popular in the US market but it’s reach is huge and often
provides services to underserved communities
