Add a management API endpoint to get M2M Daily Quota Usage

Hello,

Here’s a follow-up on this help request.
To be able to track more easily the M2M quota, it would be very useful to be able to retrieve the quota through the management API. This would allow to fine tune our alerts and enhance the visibility of our applications when consuming M2M tokens.

Please add an end point to the Management API to view the usage Quota. This is a very important functionality which is missing currently. We really need to dynamically monitor our clients generating the tokens and its usage. Appreciate if the Auh0 team makes this a priority!
