Hi,
I need to query for which my users have logged in in a given date range. This effectively is a query on the history, as opposed to a query on the last_login. Is this available?

Welcome to the Community. You would need to use the logs for such a query, and for that you will almost certainly want to export your logs to one of the supported 3rd party services like Sumo Logic, Loggly, etc.
