Account has been blocked after multiple consecutive login attempts

I have tried to integrate Auth0 with my Nextjs app but ​It couldn’t authenticate any of my accounts and later my account has been blocked.

The first account was registered via Github(unsuccessful authenticated) and I later deleted them. Second account by my email via Auth0(still unsuccessful authenticated and being blocked )

Please give me some advice or if you require more details.

Before we continue, could you please clarify if you are logging in to the Auth0 tenant dashboard or onto your application?

And could you please clarify if you have received an email to your email addresses regarding a way to unblock yourself? It may also be worth checking your spam folders.
