Hi, I‘ll delete my full account and have created an extra account here in the forums because the support center says „PM the support“, but freakin can‘t find a way to PM one of the support members.
How can I delete the main account and also this extra forums account?
They apparently don’t have a support team. I’ve been trying to get help cancelling recurring payments b/c we don’t have an account for more than a week now. Truly ridiculous.
In order to get your account deleted, you can just send us a message to the @support group via DM ( from the message box on the top right ) and we’ll gladly assist you within the process.
