Hi,
I need to delete my account completely. It is a free account, so no support tickets are possible. Some one needs to create a support ticket for me.
Please do so - because this is the most ridiculous way I have ever encountered in unsubscribing from a service. Sorry to say, this is extremely bad advertising for the service.
And yes all tenants have been erased.
