I clicked the “Click here” link in my email for the Account IP Block in Auth0 but it gets me an error.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

The error you are obtaining is for a situation where the URL has been used more than once so if something already had triggered that URL before you clicked on it you would get this error but the account would still have been unblocked due to the original request.
A possible explanation to the above is email filters/application that automatically visit URL’s included in an email you receive. This would be particularly likely if the email inbox in question is associated with a corporate account.
If the above assumption is correct, then I’m afraid at this time there’s no way to mitigate this situation.
