Accessing my own account dashboard not possible

Hi,

I am very new to auth0 and have been working on a hobby project. I have created an auth0 account about 3 months ago while developing locally and added user authentication successfully during development. Free tier for now.

Now that i deployed my whole project on render, I will need to update a few URLs in my dashboard so that my auth0 account works with the deployed render URL. Upon trying to login, I cannot access my dashboard anymore. I login successfully with password + 1 time code and then only get greeted by a screen to create a new tenant without anything else being accessable. No matter what region i choose, the error popup “Error! Something happened while trying to create the tenant: Failed to create account” arrives.

Why is that happening? How can I access my dashboard again to change the URL settings i need to change so that I can finally test my deployed test version? I am a bit confused.
