When I log into Auth0 Dashboard, it always loads one tenant as the default. Even if I Switch Tenant once, it does not remember my selection. So I always need to switch tenant. I’m afraid that this will be a serious issue if I mistakenly change settings of an unintended tenant (when working busy having few tenants in the list).

Go to your profile (https://manage.auth0.com/#/profile) and look in the section “your profile” for a field “DEFAULT ACCOUNT”, there you can select the account you want to login by default.
