We have implemented Auth0 in our application and it is working wonderfully. However, we have a few isolated examples of people that have struggled to make the authentication work.
Specifically, a user trying to login with Social Sign On via Google gets a prompt for 2 Step Verification. It instructs the user to unlock his phone, which he does and he is presented with a yes/no prompt. But when he clicks yes, the Auth0 portal just sits there where we would expect it to proceed. Eventually the user can go click on other options and use email or Authenticator to get through, but the question is why the 2 Step Verification doesn’t work.
Is this a known issue?
To be clear, others are using Google SSO with Google Authenticator without a problem.
