When I create (probably from today) user through API and then show users in Dashboard or get list of users from API, it’s not in list immediately. Delay is ~ 10 minutes.
It’s only bug? Does this happen to someone?

It can sometimes take several minutes or longer to index newly created users. This is normal and expected behaviour.
