Zoho Creator SAML setup logout URL issue redirects to not found but when page is refreshed it works

iHi has anyone successfully been able to use Auth0 as the SAML for the Creator’s portal? I’ve managed to setup the login but the logout url is challenging. Zoho support is no help either. My issue is that the logout URL displays not found but when I refresh it works. I’ve followed all the steps but still hitting the wall.

I also tried this callback: https://{yourDomain}/v2/logout?returnTo=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com&client_id={yourClient_ID}

I’ve also used that url as the logout url in Zoho but same thing

Reading through the details, I think the first thing to establish is where do you want your users to land after a successful logout. When you say that it works after you refresh, is the user brought to the Zoho login page, or are they faced with a different page?

Hi so I want them to logout successfully on our portal url. My logout url in creator is https://[url].auth0.com/v2/logout?returnTo=https%3A%2F%2F[portalurl]&client_id=[clientid]

This is my login url in creator: https://[url].auth0.com/samlp/[clientid]

The current behavior is when I login to the portal url it redirects me to auth0 login page. When I login.. it successfully logs me into Zoho Creator portal. No issue here.

When I logout I’m redirected to the redirect url which is the logout url above but page shows Not Found then if I refresh the page it redirects me to the auth0 login page.
