Even though I have blocked users on Auth0, they still login. How can I solve that? Please explain to me. Regards.

The error message in your screenshot is actually not something that would indicate that a user has logged in successfully. That warning will appear if a user just goes to the login page directly instead of being redirected there after the /authorize request. A blocked user could still load the login page, but they would not be able to login successfully from there.
