What should I use in "Audience"?

I am trying to run the QuizManager app to understand how Auth0 works.
I have registered my app, but what should I use in setting “Audience”?
It is my local app and it does not have any accessible address from the internet

Your Audience parameter should reference your own custom API or the Management API, depending on what kind of access control you are looking for when authenticating.
