Rules & Custom Databases can currently use the modules listed at Can I require? - Search which node modules you can use in webtask.io.
Hooks (Beta) can use any module on the entire npm repository. By clicking on the gear on top left and then click on npm modules will allow you to search and install any npm module on your instance.
