Hello. I have a following problem. I have number of users with the same name pattern, and I would like to use a retention policy, that would delete them after 24h from creation. Is it possible to configure such policy from Auth0 GUI? Or do I have to use the API?

This sounds like something you would have to do from the API. If you have an example I can confirm.
