User Refresh Token endpoint GA timeline and details?

I read another community post that stated that the /users/{user_id}/refresh_tokens endpoint is currently in EA for Enterprise only but possibly GA by the end of the month.

Is that GA extended for all subscriptions or just Enterprise?

In addition, what’s the expected timetime for this as the end of the month from that post has now passed?
