In my website, I’d like to implement functionality for our admin team to “log in as” certain users. How can this be achieved? Is there documentation on impersonation/logging in as another user?

Hi, User Impersonation used to be a feature in Auth0 but unfortunately this feature has been deprecated due to security concerns and will no longer be supported. As it is deprecated, this feature cannot be enabled on any new accounts.
Currently, there is no alternative solution for user impersonation and new version of the functionality is not in the roadmap.

I can understand how this could be a security concern. I’ll take a look at my infrastructure and see if there’s an alternative.
